Cancellation & Recarrying Staging Payment

If you intend to continue working with us the following month, please pay the fee 7 days before your month's rent is due. If you have not paid us 7 days before your rent is due, we will consider that you are finished with our staging service and will come to pick up our items on the day your rent is due. Also make sure that you leave the jobsite accessible so we can come in to haul the items away.  In some cases, if our crews cannot  access our items, $100 per day fee will be applied.

Also the $300 refundable deposit is automatically applied to the first month's payment.
